Caroline is a Principal (Transport) at Netcompany (which is the fastest growing and most successful IT services company in the Nordics, aiming to become the Northern European market leader), where she works across the transport industry; developing business-critical IT systems, self-service solutions, portals and service-oriented architectures using modern technologies.

Caroline is non-practicing solicitor and therefore an experienced contract and commercial management professional with a strong legal background having worked in practice for over 10 years previously.

As a member of Women in Transport, Caroline is a keen advocate for diversity across both the transport and technology sectors. She is a mentor and actively works with early careers and returners to advocate that careers are not linear.
