Having worked in the highways sector for almost 3 decades, Neil has a unique overview of the industry. He owned Highways magazine and launched or organised industry events such as Highways Awards, Seeing is Believing and Traffex during his career.

Today he runs his own boutique consultancy business, working with companies seeking to engage with key industry stakeholders from national governments, local authorities or tier one/two contractors. Neil’s contact list is widely sought after and the agency is therefore in demand from both sides of the commercial fence.
Companies regularly approach Neil on sector engagement, business development, marketing and communications projects. Local authority and term maintenance contractors regularly make contact too for his help in sourcing innovative products and solutions from across the UK and around the globe to aide them provide a better service to the UK’s road users.

Neil is a member of IHE, IAT and the Institute of Directors and is passionate about innovation, carbon reduction and the eradication of road worker abuse.
