ITS UK partnering on 14th annual Transport Ticketing Global, starting today
Intelligent Transport Systems UK (ITS UK) will be one of the partners of the 14th Transport Ticketing Global 2023, beginning today (7 and 8 March). The world’s largest public transport event for smart ticketing and mobility professionals, returns to Olympia, London and will be exploring key issues such as smart ticketing, mobility solutions and passenger experience.
Among the expert speakers set to share their opinions and experiences over the two-day conference programme include ITS UK Members Transport for London, Worldline and Cubic Transportation Systems, amongst others.

This year, delegates will have the chance to participate in detailed roundtable discussions. With delegations from Japan, Indonesia, Australia, Saudi Arabia joining visitors from across the globe, these roundtables will enable detailed knowledge sharing amongst organisations planning new ticketing and revenue projects. ITS UK Chief Executive Max Sugarman will be taking part, chairing a roundtable on Mobility as a Service.
Other topics include the evolution of open-loop and closed-loop ticketing systems; fare structuring and policy; revenue protection and fare evasion; account-based ticketing; enabling data sharing and analysis; improving the passenger experience and encouraging ridership.
