After the success of the 2022 ITS World Congress in Los Angeles in September, small and medium-sized enterprises who are delivering innovative and cutting-edge transport technology solutions are once again being invited to join the UK Pavilion at the ITS European Congress in Lisbon in May 2023.

The organisation of the stand is being conducted by the Local Council Roads Innovation Group (LCRIG), on behalf of the Transport Technology Forum, with Intelligent Transport Systems UK a supporting partner. LCRIG is currently seeking expressions of interest from SMEs. This does not require any firm commitment, only to gauge potential interest from Members.

As you may be aware, the UK has a long history of promoting the country’s intelligent transport innovations at both World and European Congresses. ITS UK has been heavily involved in the process over the years and we are excited to continue this trend in 2023 and beyond. Past exhibitions where we have had significant participation and representation include the ITS World Congress in Los Angeles in September 2022 as mentioned above, the World Congresses in Hamburg (2021), Singapore (2019), and Copenhagen (2018), as well as European Congresses in Eindhoven (2019) and Strasburg (2017) to name a few.

The ITS Congresses have proven to provide a great platform for ITS UK Members to showcase their products and solutions on the international stage and in turn, creating potential business opportunities outside the UK.

Please note, there will be a cost to participating, and companies must commit to having someone on stand when the exhibition is open and active. Expressing an interest in being on the stand does not necessarily guarantee a place.
