Jesse Norman MP to deliver inaugural Intelligent Transport Address
Transport Innovation Minister Jesse Norman MP is to deliver the first Intelligent Transport Address on 17 May at the Intelligent Mobility Design Centre in Battersea.
The Address is a new event for the industry, where the Minister will set out the Government’s priorities for transport technology and the future of the UK’s transport system. Whether its across Connected and Autonomous Vehicles, Mobility as a Service or smart ticketing, the UK’s transport sector is at a key period of its development.
His Address will be followed by a panel discussion exploring the future of transport across the UK. The panel will consist of Paul Campion, Chief Executive Officer of TRL, Chacasta Pritlove, Head of Public Sector Transport at Google, Dr Joanna White of National Highways and Thomas Ableman of Transport for London.
The event will also see ITS UK hold its AGM, where it will elect a new Board for 2023/24.
