Interchange is about integration as the key to achieving a seamless and sustainable transport system that works for people, the economy and the environment. By integration we mean not just joining up the individual transport modes, but also between infrastructure and operations, between planning and transport, energy and property – with digital, data and technology as the “integration layer” and enabler.

Interchange incorporates and colocates with ITS UK’s annual conference, TIP (Transforming Infrastructure Performance) Live and the Subnational Transport Body Conference. Combined these are the only events that bring together major public and private transport infrastructure clients, national and local transport authorities and with their upstream supply chains and the energy, property and tech sectors — all key to enabling a more effective and decarbonised transport network.
