Andrew is a Technologist & Chartered Transport Planner with 30 years’ experience solving safety, congestion and air quality issues through policy, design and technology solutions. Andrew leads the Intelligent Mobility business in Atkins consultants, a team of 100 consultants servicing projects from traditional ITS to CAV, EVs and MaaS. As well as heading transport technology teams in three market leading European consultancies, he has held senior roles in law enforcement, software systems integration and automotive electronics. As an expat working across 12 countries, he managing the world’s largest ITS scheme deployment from the middle east steering a supply chain of 2000 staff.
