Andy Graham is principal of White Willow Consulting and previously chair of the ITS-UK Connected Vehicles Group. He has won the ITS-UK Rees Hills Award for Outstanding Personal Contribution for his work in connected vehicles since early sat nav trials in the 1980s.

He is a Fellow of the IET and CIHT, and a Trustee of the Rees Jeffreys Road Fund.
